Return & Refund Policy


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Customers must initiate the return request within 3 days of delivery.
  • A nominal fee of ₹100 will be charged for return processing.
  • This amount will be issued back as a discount coupon for the next purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.

To be eligible for exchange or return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Customized or altered products (if applicable)


3. Return Process

  • Initiate a Request
    Submit your return request within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team with your order details.
  • Approval & Instructions
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will share the return instructions with you.
  • Pickup / Self-Ship
    Depending on your location, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product to our designated address.
  • Quality Check
    After receiving the product, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it is unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • Store Credit Issuance
    Upon successful verification, a ₹100 return fee will be deducted and issued as a store credit voucher for your next purchase. Rest of your amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment. 


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality check
  • Amount will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refund mode: original payment method or store credit


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges only in case of size-related issues, subject to product availability.
